(Think about primary and secondary victims.) 5.Do you believe the offender/s can be rehabilitated after they have served their sentence, and does incarceration work to achieve this explain your answer? 6.Identify whether there are any justice alternatives to imprisonment that could be utilised in the case you have chosen and why this might be useful in your chosen case? 7.Analyse and explain preventative and indefinite jail terms and the concepts of ‘dangerousness’ and ‘risk’ with reference to the five (5) key sentencing principles namely Proportionality, Parsimony, Totality, Consistency and Individual justice, in your answer.
