Mention four attributes that you believe would serve you well in the role: (1) a dozen years of experience in the industry, (2) an engineering degree that helps you understand the technologies involved in product design, (3) a consistent record of excellent or exceptional ratings in annual employee evaluations, and (4) the three years you spent working in the companyâ€s customer support group, which gave you a firsthand look at customer satisfaction and quality issues.
