- Exact genetic expression for psoriasis and PsA is unknown
- Caused by lesions appearing in the deep layer of synovial member followed by synovial cell proliferation
T cells will penetrate the joints and skin, which causes a cascade effect of immune-mediated inflammation, leading b lymphocytes to synthesize immunoglobulins. The immunoglobulins become deposited into the epidermis and the synovial membranes of joints
