2) Identify their competencies and their competitive advantage

4) Rate the organizations culture based on the dimensions listed in Table 4-2 (pg. 95) see atachment
5) Based on the Financial Ration Analysis: discuss the three finance/accounting decisions of the company/organization that you previously chose, and be sure to give specific examples for each decision
