The company is planning to expand its businesses across three business lines as well as regionally.This project will help you apply the valuation techniques and allocation methods you learned in the class into a simulated environment and case scenario.Your task is to perform capital allocation for the company, including making some investment decisions. You need to prepare an analysis on the outcome of the capital expenditure over five year period, as well as valuation of a target company, in case an acquisition is proposed.Valuation methods− You may use the discounted cash flow model for your valuation of the company.− You may propose any form of financing for expansion by the company i.e. debt or equity.Your main challenge will be to design and execute capital expenditure or allocation plan that is in line with the company’s overall strategy for sustainable organic and inorganic growth.This assignment is worth 30% of the total grade.
