Section C

Writing for Audience 1 and 2: Write a very brief descriptions of audience 1 and then audience 2.

Planning – Write a sentence or two about what is the planning process? (Helpful information found in the Learning Resource Lesson 1.). Then you would describe how you went about the planning process for your memo/email and audience 1. Then write how you approached planning the fact sheet for audience 2.
Drafting – Same approach as above – what is the drafting process and then how did you use it for your two artifacts. Be sure to look at the LR Lesson information to include in your response.
Revising – Same as above.

Section D

Artifact A for Audience 1: Write a general statement about what this group is like.

Subject Knowledge – You need to provide two things: 1. What a representative characteristic is for this attribute. In this case, what is this group’s background knowledge of your topic. 2. Then a description of how this characteristic affected the way your created the memo/email.
Position in the Organization – Use the same format as above this attribute and the remaining three of attributes. Include what is a representative characteristic and then how did that affect the way you created the artifact.Remember to review Lesson 3.1 for extra material you can use.

Use the same format and attributes, but different content for Audience 2. You should have five bullet/attributes for Audience 1 and five for Audience 2.
