Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing to you on behalf of my company, Flounder and Associates, a real estate firm setting up base in your neighbourhood. The firm has identified your locale as the perfect environment to open its new office, as it seeks to expand its operations. Flounder and Associates is a real estate firm founded by Fred Flounder, a land economics specialist with over 20 years of experience. The company aims at providing residents with the best housing experience to its clientele as it deals with both short and long-term leases for houses and units, as well as sales. Additionally, my organization liaises with homeowners for the best rates available. I am inviting you and all the residents of your neighbourhood to the grand opening day for our new offices. The grand opening day will be held at 9:00am to 5:00 pm on the 10th of January 2020. There will be a short presentation where we will introduce our company, products, and services. Additionally, staff members operating within the offices and those on field assignments will be introduced to the public. After the presentation, snacks and drinks will be offered as staff members interact with the local community. There will be a Grand opening offer for any residents who sign up their property for sale or rent on the grand opening day and will receive free marketing and advertising for their property.
The attendance is open to all community members without any reservations. I look forward to meeting with you and the rest of the community. In case of any clarifications, please feel free to get in touch with me. Thank you in advance.
