As appropriate to specific student needs, students will develop an advanced understanding in at least one of the following areas:A range of research methods for data collection; Data management and analysis, and awareness of issues affecting data interpretation; The use of computer programmes to perform qualitative and/or quantitative analysis of data.2InstructionsAssignment Title: (1500 words)A Presentation with notes based on the formal proposal for the research to be carried out in the dissertation stage (30% weighting).Assignment Guidelines:Presentation with notes [summary of assignment 1] (5 minutes / 10 slides) Main points of assignment 1 should be presented in a Power Point presentation consisting of 10 slides and accompanying text. Also, under the slides (in the notes section) explanatory text should be provided. This text should be reflecting in general what you would say if the presentation was orally presented. The presentation should not just be copying and pasting from assignment 1 but selections should be made and presented briefly. Make sure that apart from the content, the appearance of your presentation should be considered (e.g. not very long text in each slide, font size, colours etc). Also, any sources used should be acknowledged and cited in the slides and reference list accordingly.In your presentation you will need to present the following: Your research title The research questions The research design The schedule of activities Deliverables and benefits to the participating organisationThe word limit is 1500 words +/- 10%.PlagiarismPlagiarism is not accepted in any form.
