Consider organizational management behaviors that you are familiar with. In what ways do versions of institutional theory predict and fail to predict these behaviors? Cite sources from your textbook and the Web to justify your opinion. To participate in the discussion, respond to the Discussion Prompt by Day 2. Then, read a selection of your colleagues’ postings.
