A “wiki” is a website that allows users to create and freely edit Web-page-based content using any browser. The most famous wiki is Wikipedia. If you are new to the concept of wikis, watch the video “Wikis in Plain English“.
You have been tasked to train the staff on your school’s or company’s best practices. James, an intern, suggests that you use a wiki to simplify the content maintenance. Describe your thoughts on the use of a wiki as an e-learning tool. Provide pros and cons to using a wiki. Respond to at least two of your classmates’ postings.
